CDM 2015 client and duty holder support
Help with your duties as a client under CDM 2015, including advice on Principal Designer and Principal Contractor appointments.
Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the client has legal duties too: making suitable arrangements, appointing a Principal Designer and Principal Contractor where more than one contractor is involved, providing pre-construction information and making sure there's a Construction Phase Plan before work starts.
We help clients understand what applies to them, advise on the duty holder appointments, check those roles are being carried out and make sure the paperwork that protects you is in place, including a complete Health and Safety File at handover.
