Steve's award-winning talks on psychological safety, mental health, leadership and resilience in construction.
Steve's keynote, "Creating a Psychologically Safe Future Within the Construction Industry", has been delivered in Cape Town, in Pakistan and at events across the UK. He has also given guest lectures at the University of Wolverhampton.
It's not a lecture full of statistics. It's an honest talk about pressure, culture and what it takes for people on site to speak up before something goes wrong. In 2024 Steve received a Global Recognition Award for his mental health advocacy.
