From a hand-drawn idea to an office you can walk through
A client knew how they wanted their first floor to work but only had a rough sketch. We turned it into a full drawing set and a 3D walkthrough.

The challenge
The client needed desks, a board room and a kitchen on their first floor, and wanted to see the layout properly before ordering anything.
What we did
Through our sister service Spatial Brief, we produced a three-sheet A3 drawing set covering layout, power, ceilings, lighting and fire alarm, then took it into a 3D model the team could walk round in a normal web browser.
